Highlands Country Club first opened for play in 1898

The 9-hole golf course at Highlands Country Club plays to a 9-hole par of 34 and a 9-hole distance of about 2,300 yards. If played from the two sets of tees for a double loop 18 holes, the distance is an approximate total of 4,600 yards.

Located across the river from West Point, they offer beautiful views of the Hudson Highlands. The course is perfect for beginners, seniors or walkers; yet still challenging for the experienced golfer. .

The season typically begins at the end of March and closes mid-November. In Spring and Fall, the course is open to the public 7 days a week. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the course is open to members only until 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays, from 4:00 - 5:30pm on Fridays for the Member-Only League, and closed to the public on holidays.
